Sound Bath Healing Experience - August 7, 2026

Join us for a magical, intimate evening of a Sound Bath Healing Experience with Judith Leann of the Zen Bodega.

What to expect:

A sound bath is a guided meditation where you’ll simply relax while you’re surrounded by the calming sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.

There is nothing you need to do for a sound bath, other than to get yourself comfortable, breathe, and receive. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some fall asleep, and others experience a sense of peace and clarity. Every experience is different, and all of them are perfect.

Complimentary tea will be served.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)
• Blanket
• Pillow (optional)
• Water bottle
• Wear comfy clothes (we support jammies!)

When? 

Friday, August 7, 2026 from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Important! Please arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in. We cannot allow late admittance once the session has started.
